Taoist Tradition as taught by our founder, Master Moy Lin Shin, is at the heart of Taoist Tai Chi^TM arts. The practice includes movements such as Taoist Tai Chi, as well as meditation and chanting. All are welcome to participate as they choose, including as volunteers. We are a charitable, nonprofit organisation. Session leaders introduce the Taoist Tai Chi^TM arts to participants and help them find balance and feel comfortable in the movements. They also introduce deeper aspects of Taoist Tai Chi^TM practice.
