Boasting a combined 56 m² of flexible space, the Jammy Dodger suite comprises the Jammy Dodger Room and the Chocolate Digestive Room, offering flexible possibilities for training sessions, group sessions, and social gatherings.
Whether you choose to hire each room individually or as a suite of connected rooms, you’ll find these versatile spaces warm and accommodating. Both rooms are carpeted and offer flexible seating options for social occasions, meetings or break out spaces.

Jammy Dodger Room
This inviting 36 m² space is ideal deal for a range of occasions, whether you’re hosting a meeting, workshop, or social occasion.
Equipped with a whiteboard and white walls the Jammy Dodger room is perfect for presentations or training sessions. This room offers flexible seating options for a relaxed or productive atmosphere for you and your guests.
Chocolate Digestive Room
With lots of natural light this spacious 20 m² room is perfect for group sessions, workshops or small social gatherings. Opt to hire the Chocolate Digestive Room on its own, or combine it with the Jammy Dodger Room to unlock more possibilities and increased flexibility.
The Jammy Dodger Room also features a whiteboard and white walls, making it ideal for presentations or training sessions. With the convenience of a sink for hand-washing and adaptable seating arrangements, guests are ensured a comfortable environment for productivity or recreation.

The rates we advertise on our website are for charity and community use. For other use or commercial rates, please email with details of your organisation and proposed use of the space.
Discounts for Series Bookings – a 10% reduction can be applied when a series of 6 or more, same room, same day, same times is booked at regular weekly or monthly intervals.

Hire Terms & ConditionsCancellations
Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before the event with no charge.
If 14 days of notice, or less is given, the full fee is charged.
Where there are unavoidable cancellations by the Beacon or due to government restrictions, fees will be refunded in full.
Payments
Our preferred payment method is via BACS bank transfer, however we also accept payments cash or cheque. Full payment details will be provided on your invoice.
