Bringing People Together

The Beacon is a modern community centre at the heart of Beacon Heath in Exeter, run by enthusiastic local people who care passionately about our community. We opened in May 2015 and many people visit us each week.

We provide an excellent variety of services and weekly activities to support our community, ranging from a twice weekly food bank, adult social groups, children’s and toddler groups, after school youth drop in sessions,  yoga and exercise groups, community garden sessions, and craft groups. We’ve also got plenty of versatile rooms to hire to host a variety of events – whether its lively kids parties, corporate events, vibrant discos, or elegant sit-down dinners – we’ve got a space for everything.
