This light and airy hall creates a welcoming atmosphere for all occasions. A number of comfortable sofas provide cosy seating areas, complementing the hard floor that is perfect for exercise classes, children’s parties, community groups or other social occasions. This flexibility makes Jaffa Cake Hall an ideal space for both energetic activities and relaxed social gatherings.

Soft Play for Small Children
Connected to Jaffa Cake Hall is a specially designed soft play room, perfect for children aged 6 months to 7 years old. Whether it’s for a playdate, a mums’ meet-up, a birthday party, or just a change of scenery for your little ones, our early years soft play room provides a safe and fun environment.
This fun space provides an engaging environment for small children and wobbly explorers to play and interact. With its soft floor, colourful squishy shapes, climbing steps and slide it provides them with the perfect setting to help them let off steam, develop motor skills and learn through play.
Excellent Flexible Facilities
Jaffa Cake Hall sports a well-equipped kitchen with oven and tea and coffee making facilities, seamlessly connected to the hall via a serving hatch. This setup allows for the convenient provision of catering and refreshments during events (book separately).
The French windows offer level access out to an enclosed garden area, providing a secure outdoor garden area for children to run around and explore, adding an extra dimension of fun and activity to events – perfect for hosting a bouncy castle for children’s parties.
Just off the hall are accessible toilets with baby changing facilities, as well as separate male and female toilets.
Great for children’s parties
We have a soft play room that is hired with Jaffa Cake Hall, which has kitchen facilities and level access to our garden area making it perfect for children’s parties.
We have plenty of room to put up a bouncy castle and for children to run around in a safe enclosed space.
Bouncy castles need to be hired in but make sure its no bigger than 12×12 feet footprint, and 7.5 feet high.
Always make sure your bouncy castle provider has insurance to cover its use for your event.

From £63.00 for 3 hours, for use of Jaffa Cake Hall plus kitchen. You can add the Soft Play Room for an extra £10.00.

The rates we advertise on our website are for charity and community use. For other use or commercial rates, please email with details of your organisation and proposed use of the space.
Discounts for Series Bookings – a 10% reduction can be applied when a series of 6 or more, same room, same day, same times is booked at regular weekly or monthly intervals.

Hire Terms & ConditionsCancellations
Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before the event with no charge.
If 14 days of notice, or less is given, the full fee is charged.
Where there are unavoidable cancellations by the Beacon or due to government restrictions, fees will be refunded in full.
Payments
Our preferred payment method is via BACS bank transfer, however we also accept payments cash or cheque. Full payment details will be provided on your invoice.
