Hope Course

The HOPE Programme delivering a 6 week course at the Beacon Centre from January 16th 2025 (1.00-3.30pm).

Do you want to enhance your resilience through these difficult times, rediscover strengths, and increase your ability to cope?

This course will allow you to connect with other people who are experiencing something similar to you.

It is so important that we look after both our mental and physical wellbeing.
