 These classes are for you. 

Tuesdays  and Thursday 6.30 pm – 7.30pm at the Beacon Centre

Mix of aerobics, pilates, yoga, body pump and cardio suitable for very beginners to improved and advanced.

Join us, have fun and enjoy being part of our community, full of support and motivation.
