When: Mondays 7-8.30pm

Payment: 8 week course £64 – booking and payment in advance of course. If you are new to yoga and would like to try a taster session for £10 to decide if you would like to sign up for the 8 week course. Please note spaces are limited to 14 people, to avoid disappointment please book in advance, sadly spaces cannot be held without full payment.

What to wear? Something that has stretch in it so you are able to move comfortably

Equipment: Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided.

Each class will begin with 15 minutes of relaxation to help you settle in after your busy day, followed by 1 hour of yoga and finish with 15 minutes of total relaxation where you can wrap up in a comfy blanket, snoozing is encouraged…. You are guaranteed to feel wonderfully refreshed by the end of the class and get a great night’s sleep!

The 8 week course is designed for all levels of health, working within your own comfort level we explore poses that are suitable for good health and well being. Over the 8 weeks we work on a series of lessons designed to focus on the whole body. We also look at visualisation through the use of breath to help relax and calm the mind.
