Are you struggling with a long term health condition?
Next month we're starting a free six week NHS programme, HOPE, aimed at building confidence and learning how to better manage your condition, including mental health issues such as anxiety, stress and depression.
The HOPE Programme (Help Overcoming Problems Effectively), and is based on a course developed by the University of Coventry to help people cope better with long-term medical conditions. It runs on Tuesdays, 6-9pm, November 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, December 3rd and 10th.
