The practice includes movements such as Taoist Tai Chi\, as well as meditation and chanting. All are welcome to participate as they choose\, including as volunteers. We are a charitable\, nonprofit organisation. Session leaders introduce the Taoist Tai ChiTM   arts to participants and help them find balance and feel comfortable in the movements.
